We’re hiring!
Be part of our mission
We’re looking for passionate people to join us on our mission. We value flat hierarchies, clear communication, and full ownership and responsibility.
Own the growth engine for our portfolio of iGaming sites: design, run, measure and scale player-acquisition experiments.
You will own the growth engine for a portfolio of iGaming affiliate sites: find where player acquisition can be improved, test it, measure it and scale what works. Success in this role is measured in first-time deposits per 1,000 visits and in the number of experiments that graduate into standing practice.
What you will do
- Own a rolling experiment backlog across the funnel: search visibility, on-page conversion, operator selection, CTAs, bonus presentation, email and retargeting.
- Design each experiment with a hypothesis, a success metric and a sample-size plan before it runs; kill or scale it on the numbers, not on opinion.
- Build the measurement layer with the Operations Specialist: tracking, subIDs, postbacks and dashboards that tie a change on a page to registrations and FTDs at the operator.
- Analyse operator reporting weekly; spot which pages, geos and operators convert and which are bleeding traffic, and act on it.
- Run paid and semi-paid tests (search, social, native, newsletters) where organic data suggests upside, within a budget you propose and defend.
- Turn winning experiments into playbooks the content and partnerships teams can repeat across sites.
- Report to the founders in a short weekly note: what ran, what it showed, what happens next.
Requirements
- 3+ years in growth, performance or CRM marketing in iGaming (operator, affiliate, platform or agency); you know FTD, NGR, rev-share vs CPA, wagering and KYC without looking them up.
- A record of experiments you designed and shipped yourself, with numbers you can talk through: baseline, change, uplift, how you validated it.
- Hands-on with analytics and experimentation tooling: web analytics, search-performance and reporting dashboards, A/B testing, and comfortable reading affiliate platform reports.
- Working SEO literacy: you understand why a page ranks, what intent it serves and what breaks when you change it.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic SQL or a query builder; you do your own first-pass analysis.
- Multi-market mindset: comfortable working across geos and languages where player behaviour, payment habits and operator mix differ.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow-automation tools, or with content management systems at template level.
- CRM or lifecycle work on the operator side (onboarding flows, reactivation).
- Experience growing acquisition in more than one market or language.
What success looks like at 6 months
A documented experiment cadence of at least two live tests a month, a measurement stack the founders trust, and at least three changes rolled out portfolio-wide with proven uplift in FTDs per 1,000 visits.
To apply, send a short message (not a cover letter) describing one thing you did in iGaming that produced a measurable result, plus your CV or LinkedIn profile, to careers@tenstar.media with the role name in the subject line. We reply to every applicant within five working days.
Build and run the network of publishers, creators and channel owners that carry our brands and our operators’ offers.
You will build and run the network of publishers, websites, creators and channel owners that carry our brands and our operators’ offers. Success is measured in placements secured, the traffic and FTDs they produce, and the share of that network that renews.
What you will do
- Source and qualify partners across the channels that reach iGaming players: affiliate sites and comparison portals, news and sports media, newsletters, online communities, video, streaming and podcast creators.
- Negotiate placements: listings, sponsored content, banners, newsletter slots, creator integrations. Structure deals on flat fee, CPA, rev-share or hybrid and know when each is right.
- Own the partner pipeline in our CRM from first contact to live placement, with clear stages, owners and next actions.
- Brief the Operations Specialist on every signed deal so links, tracking and creative are live on day one; check each placement is delivering what was agreed.
- Manage the relationship after launch: performance reviews, renewals, upsells, and a fast exit when a partner underperforms or drifts out of compliance.
- Keep partner content accurate and on-brand: correct offers and terms, clear disclosure of the commercial relationship, no claims we cannot stand behind.
- Maintain a living map of the market: who reaches which players, at what price, with what track record, across the markets we operate in and the ones we enter next.
- Report weekly to the founders: pipeline, signed, live, spend versus result.
Requirements
- 3+ years in affiliate management, media buying, partnerships or business development in iGaming, on the operator or affiliate side. You already have a contact book in the industry.
- A record of closing placements and deals with named publishers, creators or affiliates, and of the results they produced.
- Fluent in the commercial models of the industry: CPA, rev-share, hybrid, listing fees, minimum guarantees, negative carryover, and how to model which one pays.
- Strong written negotiation: most of this work happens over email and messaging, and your writing has to carry the deal.
- Judgement on partner quality: you can tell real reach from inflated numbers and walk away from traffic that will not convert.
- Organised pipeline discipline in a CRM and in shared sheets; nothing lives only in your inbox.
- Comfortable being measured on outcomes, not activity.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with creators or communities in casino, slots or sports betting.
- Experience attending and working the industry’s major events and conferences.
- More than one market or language in your book.
- Experience on the publisher side, so you know what a good partner request looks like from the receiving end.
What success looks like at 6 months
A mapped, prioritised partner list for our core markets, a pipeline with 30+ qualified conversations, at least 10 live placements with tracked results, and renewal terms agreed with the top performers.
To apply, send a short message (not a cover letter) describing one thing you did in iGaming that produced a measurable result, plus your CV or LinkedIn profile, to careers@tenstar.media with the role name in the subject line. We reply to every applicant within five working days.
Make things actually happen: campaigns set up, tracking checked, partners onboarded — right the first time.
You are the person who makes things actually happen: campaigns set up in the tools, platforms kept accurate, partners onboarded, links and tracking checked, and the founders’ operational task list cleared every week. Success is measured in accuracy and turnaround: things go live right the first time, on the day they were promised.
What you will do
- Set up and maintain campaigns in our tools: tracking links, subIDs, postbacks, UTM conventions, redirects and campaign records across affiliate platforms and our own sites.
- Keep platform and site information current: operator details, bonus terms, payment methods, availability by geo, and the sheets and databases that feed our pages and automations.
- Process partner onboarding end to end: agreements filed, accounts created, tracking issued, creative received, placement verified live.
- Run recurring checks: broken links, dead or redirected affiliate links, tracking that stopped firing, bonus terms that changed, pages showing outdated information. Log what you find and fix or escalate the same day.
- Support the Growth and Partnerships managers with execution: experiment set-up, placement go-lives, reporting pulls.
- Complete operational tasks assigned by the founders (account admin, tool configuration, data entry and cleanup, vendor follow-ups) and report status without being asked.
- Document how things are done so the next person can repeat them.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an operations, affiliate support, campaign management or account coordination role in iGaming (operator, affiliate or platform). You have worked inside affiliate platforms and understand how tracking links and postbacks work.
- Meticulous and fast: you check your own work, and your error rate on data entry and set-ups is close to zero.
- Confident with spreadsheets (lookups, filters, data validation, simple formulas) and comfortable learning new tools quickly — from content management and automation platforms to CRM and team messaging.
- Understands the basics of the industry: bonus structures and wagering, KYC, geo restrictions, and why a wrong bonus term on a page matters.
- Organised and self-directed: you keep your own task list, close loops, and flag blockers early instead of late.
- Clear written communication in English; most of your day is written.
Nice to have
- Experience with link-checking, uptime or tracking QA tools, or with reading server logs and redirect chains.
- Exposure to workflow-automation tools or light scripting.
- A feel for what an accurate, up-to-date casino review page looks like, and what breaks trust when it is wrong.
- Experience supporting a content or SEO team (publishing, image handling, metadata).
What success looks like at 6 months
Every live placement and campaign is tracked and verified, platform data is audited on a fixed cadence with a visible log, partner onboarding runs from a documented checklist in under three working days, and the founders’ operational backlog is measured in days, not weeks.
To apply, send a short message (not a cover letter) describing one thing you did in iGaming that produced a measurable result, plus your CV or LinkedIn profile, to careers@tenstar.media with the role name in the subject line. We reply to every applicant within five working days.
